This is one of my go-to morning smoothies. The blueberries add the perfect amount of tang to break up the creaminess of the other ingredients. Delicious and refreshing.
- 220ml almond / coconut / soya milk
- Big handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 1/2 bananas
- 1 big tsp of almond butter
How to make:
1. Measure all the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend, pour into a glass and drink!
