This is the perfect breakfast or even dessert if you're feeling like a treat post dinner. I can't eat ice cream so I've had to find different alternatives to satisfy my ice cream cravings. This is one of my favourite creations using frozen bananas.
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 big handful of raspberries
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsps cashew butter
WHAT TO DO:
1. It's a very simple recipe, throw all the ingredients into your blender. I use a Vitamix, which is an absolute dream but any blender will do!
2. Blend and top with whatever you fancy. Cacao nibs and berries work well, if you're having it for breakfast maybe add some granola/museli and almonds.
